Loverly, Set of 6 Porcelain Luncheon Plates by Gloria Vanderbilt for Sigma, Japan, circa 1970s

This set of six luncheon and/or salad plates measures approximately 8" in diameter and bursts with color. The plates are of very high quality; they're crafted to feel great, and even more importantly, they are fabulous. Honestly, I can't help but smile or even giggle (if I've had my coffee) because these plates bring an exuberance and whimsy that is not only sincere but delivered with an aplumb deftness that is inspirational.
