Vintage MCM Large Murano Glass Paperweight, Gold Avventurina with Gold Leaf, Italy circa 1950s

Beautiful (and substantial) glass paperweight which at more than 3 1/2" in diameter is slightly larger than many of its peers. Featuring gold leaf and gold avventurina, it is like a little jewel: The bubble at the center of it all adds a touch of whimsy as its playful nature is a figurative and literal foil to the gold.
