Hug Salt and Pepper Shaker Set by Karim Rashid for Nambe, circa 2000

Its as if the designer, Karim Rashid, took an hourglass and split it down the middle, with the end result being 2 pieces that are better together. According to the Nambe site, "The two pieces of the hourglass-shaped Hug Salt & Pepper Shakers fit together in a sweet embrace, making it easy to carry the pair to the table as if they were one."
Each has a differing number of holes on top and black and white plastic plugs underneath for identification.

Overall, they are in very good condition with minor wear. An excellent choice for your tabletop.
